Mr. Nitin Gupta , Founder

Mr. Nitin Gupta has had an illustrious career spanning two decades. In the last two decades, he has transitioned from finance to real estate and made a mark in every sector that he has been a part of.

Before Mr. Nitin Gupta found his path in the real estate sector, he had a flourishing career in finance and worked with companies like India Infoline, ICICI Lombard, Dawnay Day, and Royal Sundaram. His career in real estate has seen him achieve new heights, where he has worked with leading companies like Clovermark, Vascon, and Lodha.

He set a precedent at Clovermark by assisting them in establishing the company and guiding it to its current level of success. Mr. Gupta’s business acumen was on best display when he initiated a complete business re-engineering process at Vascon and helped the company set up and establish its real estate vertical. At Lodha, he successfully managed the world’s biggest launch of the “Palava City,” having 4500+ units and Rs 2500+ crores in volume. Mr. Gupta was also instrumental in bringing the Park-Trump Tower, Downtown Palava, and Lakeshore Green Projects to fruition.

His last stint was with Mantra Properties, where he was the head of marketing, sales, and CRM and was the pillar of its success, growing the company by 8 times in a span of 4 years. This was possible only due to his sharp decision-making, which resulted in achieving market share, revenue, and profit growth, and won him public accolades where he won the title “marketer of the year” in 2021 from CNN News and in 2022 from Realty Plus, consequently for 2 years.

Mr. Gupta also has a very good understanding of the real estate business. He is widely recognised as a strong organizer, motivator, team player, and successful leader in handling diverse market dynamics. His planning, communication, and people management skills help him live his organization’s first vision to the fullest.
